The website space-track.org provides two-line elements (TLEs) to the public.
On-board GPS
A more accurate orbit determination can be achieved by feeding SAGE's on-board GPS measurements into the BERNESE software provided via ETH Geodesy. We are currently in talks with ETH Geodesy to obtain API access to BERNESE (maintained by a group in Bern).
Laser Range Finding
SAGE is equipped with a laser reflector which can be used for ground-to-space laser ranging. It is not clear if anyone is currently working on this for orbit determination.
