Purpose​

This document outlines the safety and emergency procedures to be followed during test operations involving the vibration table and thermal vacuum (TVAC) chamber. Its objective is to protect personnel, equipment, and the facility from hazards associated with mechanical and thermal-vacuum testing.

This procedure covers:

Responsability​

If any of the risk occurs, the test should only be restarted after carefull examination. In the event of an incident, testing shall only resume after formal review and sign-off. An incident report must include:

  • Root cause analysis
  • Immediate and long-term corrective actions
  • Responsible person(s)
  • Date of review
